A Microsoft has chosen to remove the subscription promotion from Xbox Game Pass for R$5. The movement takes place days before the launch of the long-awaited Call of Duty Black Ops 6which will be day one on the platform.

This strategy is not completely new, the company has already done the same on other occasions, such as in the period of excitement surrounding the launch of Starfieldin 2023. The company disabled the promotional price about 10 days before the game’s launch.

In addition to removing the possibility of subscribing for R$5, Microsoft also ended Game Pass 14-day trial invitations earlier this month, as observed by our brother, GameVicio.

The same movement of ending a promotional price was also noticed in other regions. O site Eurogamer mentions that the subscription promotion for 1 euro has also been removed.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 will be released on October 25th for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series S|X and Game Pass. Check below the requirements to run the game on your computer:
