Galaxy Book6 Pro with Intel Core 5 338H Panther Lake appears in leak

A new Geekbench performance test leak shows a Samsung Galaxy Book6 Pro notebook model equipped with an Intel Panther Lake processor. More precisely, the device was listed using an Intel Core 5 338H, which has appeared in previous leaks as well.

The most interesting part of the rumor at this time is that it basically confirms that Samsung will maintain its partnership with Intel, once again using a new generation of Core processors in a new generation of Galaxy Book.

Panther Lake processors are known by the commercial name Intel Core Series 3 and, although the company is not yet talking directly about specific models, the entire line that will be available at launch has already appeared in unofficial information.

Therefore, we know that the Intel Core 5 338H represents the transition between the intermediate and premium options of the processor family. So much so that in the initial leaks it appeared accompanied by an “X” in the name, but it was confirmed that it does not have the letter because it offers 10 Xe3 cores, instead of 12 like the Core X Series 3 models.

It’s worth remembering that this isn’t the first time we’ve seen a finished product with an Intel Core Series 3 processor circulating on the internet. In fact, one of the first reported Panther Lake notebooks was the new Acer Swift 16 AI, which was officially confirmed to use Intel 18A-based processors.

This leak, however, is interesting because it basically confirms the CPUs in the new line of Samsung notebooks. We will probably see other Galaxy Book6 Pro models with other options, in addition to the Intel Core 5 338H.
