G.SKILL announced the launch of the Trident Z5 CK and Trident Z5 CK RGB series, DDR5 CU-DIMM memories for extreme overclocking. They come with an integrated clock driver (CKD) and are available in overclocking speeds up to DDR5-9600.
The clock driver (CKD) chip integrated into the memory module is designed to strengthen the signals between the CPU and memory IC chips. Thus, CKD improves stability in high-speed memory operations.
The modules are designed for use with Intel Core Ultra 200 K-series desktop processors and Intel Z890 chipset motherboards. Both series come with mirror-black finish heatsinks and push the limits of memory overclocking to new heights.
Continuing the high-performance family design, the Trident Z5 CK and Trident Z5 CK RGB series feature heatsinks with a sleek black mirror finish, topped with a piano black top bar or a semi-translucent RGB light bar, respectively. to add a refined aesthetic to your PC.
Gear 2 e Gear 4
Designed for extreme overclockers, G.SKILL is also launching a DDR5 CU-DIMM memory kit specification in DDR5-9000 CL42-56-56-144 with a total capacity of 48 GB (2x24GB).

G.SKILL Trident Z5 CK memory achieved an overclocking speed of DDR5-10000 in dual-channel air-cooled mode on ASUS ROG Maximus Z890 Apex and ASRock Z890 Taichi OCF motherboards.
Achieved through additional BIOS tweaks, including CPU and memory settings, voltage adjustments, and advanced memory timing, the screenshots below demonstrate system stability under the Memtest stress test on the ASUS motherboard and the AIDA64 bandwidth on ASRock motherboard.
Availability
The Trident Z5 CK and Trident Z5 CK RGB DDR5 CU-DIMM memory kits come with support for the Intel XMP 3.0 memory overclocking profile and will be available starting this October.
