FSP presented this week its new mega ti sources. Doing justice to your superlative name, there are two high -capacity PSU models, one offering 1,350W and the other 1.650W. Both sources are ATX 3.1 and have two 12V-2 × 6 PCI-2 × 6 connectors for demanding GPUS.
Something that draws attention in the new line of FSP sources is that they did not go through the same certification process. Mega Ti of 1,650W has 80 Plus Titanium seals and Energy Efficiency Titanium Cybenetics, as well as Cybenetics A ++ for noise level. The 1.350W model, in turn, has only the 80 Plus Titanium seal, and has not gone through Cybenetics tests.
Other features of the FSP Mega Ti line remain similar. Both models are totally modular, have Infineon diodes and “high quality” Japanese capacitors, according to the manufacturer. Both capacity options also follow a 135mm fan with dynamic fluid bearing (FDB) and zero rpm mode, which turns off the fan at less demanding moments of the source to end noise.
Price and availability of new FSP mega ti sources
FSP new sources are now available through its official website and brand partner stores. The 1,650W model comes out for $ 459, while the 1.350W MEGA TI costs $ 399. This gives about $ 2,631 to the highest capacity PSU and $ 2,287 for the other option, in direct conversion.
Other prominent features for sources include coating to avoid dust, humidity and stains, and protections common to this type of product, such as OCP, OVP, SCP, OPP, UVP and OTP. In addition, FSP offers a 10 -year factory warranty for its new sources.

Finally, it is also noteworthy that the mega ti sources are slightly smaller than the standard from 190 to 210mm for ATX models. They measure 180mm long, 150mm wide and 86mm high.
