The instability problems recorded in some processor units Intel of 13ª (Raptor Lake) e 14th generation (Raptor Lake Refresh) will not happen with the company’s future releases, the CPUs of the series Lunar Lake e Arrow Lakewhich form what will become known as Core Ultra 200. In a post on your websitethe company highlights that “The next generation of processors, codenamed Arrow Lake and Lunar Lake, are not affected by the Vmin Shift Instability issue thanks to the new architecture being used in both product families. Intel will ensure that future products are protected from Vmin Shift Instability issues in the same way.”

  • 12th Gen Intel CPUs (Alder Lake) – both mobile and desktop;
  • 13th and 14th Gen Intel i5 (non-K versions) and i3 CPUs – desktop;
  • 13th and 14th Gen Intel mobile CPUs, including the HX line;
  • Intel Xeon processors, which includes hardware for servers and workstations;
  • Intel Core Ultra processors (1 series).

Chips affected by instability will have a 2 year warranty extension.
