Cooler Master launched another case in its popular MasterFrame modular line this week. The MasterFrame 400 Mesh is aimed at compact builds and, as the name suggests, features a screened front panel to promote better airflow.
As has become standard for current cases, the MasterFrame 400 Mesh uses tempered glass for its side panel, allowing the internal components to be viewed. This can be an extra attraction in a modular case that offers a little more flexibility in the possible types of build.
“The MasterFrame 400 Mesh is aimed at lowering the bar for creative builds,” says Wei Yang, Cooler Master executive. “You shouldn’t need a large case to have an advanced experience exploring modular design. It brings the idea of MasterFrame to more people in a way that feels guided, intuitive and fun.”
Cooler Master’s new case is aimed at mini-ITX and microATX builds, measuring 471 x 261 x 373.8mm, for a total of 44.37L.

Compact chassis still offers space for large components
Cooler Master highlights that the MasterFrame 400 Mesh does not sacrifice much space due to its compact format. The case also holds large GPUs, measuring up to 390mm in length, to begin with.
The CPU cooler can measure up to 190mm in height, while the power supply can measure up to 160mm. Fans and radiators can be mounted as shown in the diagram below, but it is worth mentioning that it already comes with a 120mm SickleFlow fan installed on the back.

The new case will be available in silver and black, but the brand did not provide an official suggested price for the product.
