Comino now accepts orders for systems with RTX 5090 GPUs

The fact that the RTX 5090 has not yet had its official launch has not stopped Comino from starting to receive orders for a new product equipped with the card. Or rather, equipped with *the plates*. The Grando Server is a liquid-cooled system that integrates eight RTX 5090s for HPC computing, AI processing, virtualization, and other professional uses.

The company calls it a “pre-sale,” but it’s more of a waiting list. Since the price of the RTX 5090 has not yet been announced, the Comino server has not yet released prices. Potential customers are invited to fill out a form to secure their order.

“Created for maximum performance, these systems are trusted by leading companies and reviewers,” says the company in the product description. “Built to thrive in harsh environments up to 40°C, they deliver 100% performance and beyond, 24/7.”

Comino expects high demand for its Grando Server equipped with RTX 5090 cards, so it suggests that interested customers be sure to register. With so much expectation surrounding the RTX 50 generation of graphics cards, it remains to be seen whether NVIDIA will meet the demand for its new series of products at launch.

Rumors and leaks for the RTX 50 cards, based on Blackwell, indicate that the RTX 5090 will have a considerable jump in relation to the specifications of the RTX 5080. Theoretically, the model that would come just before the most high-end option in the series offers 10,752 CUDA cores, while the RTX 5090 comes in at 21,760.

The card, equipped with a GB202 GPU, would also come with 32GB of GDDR7 memory, twice as much as the RTX 5080. So much performance must be powered by a considerable maximum power of 600W.

In other words, the Grando Server would reach 4,800W just due to the need for its eight GPUs. In return, users will have a total of 174,080 CUDA cores.
