Chieftec launches Iceberg series, its first AIO coolers for liquid cooling

Chieftec this week announced the launch of its Iceberg series of AIO coolers for liquid CPU cooling. The products mark the company’s debut in the cooler segment of this type. In total, there are four new SKUs that interested parties can choose from to dissipate the heat from their processors.

Check out the different cooler options from the new Chieftec Iceberg series below:

• CLC-240-BLK: 240mm radiator (2 fans) without ARGB lights
• CLC-240-RGB: 240mm radiator (2 fans) with ARGB lights
• CLC-360-BLK: 360mm radiator (3 fans) without ARGB lights
• CLC-360-RGB: 360mm radiator (3 fans) with ARGB lights

The difference in colored lights only applies to the radiator fans. All models come with the same CPU block, with an Infinity Mirror-style design and customizable RGB LEDs. The contact with the processor is covered in copper.

The promised performance is also the same for all options. Chieftec claims the fans spin from 500RPM to 2200RPM, with airflow measured at 64.72CFM. The air pressure is 3.06mmH20 and the noise can reach up to 34.7dBA.

Chieftec enters the ranks of AIO coolers

Chieftec is a brand known for its solutions in cases and power supplies, as well as various accessories for the PC. However, the company decided to move from simple single fans to the AIO CPU cooler market, which seems to be very hot.

The manufacturer has not yet released prices for its new Iceberg line, but it will need to offer very attractive prices to compete with large rivals that already operate in the area. Just this month, ASUS presented its new coolers, while MSI and Cooler Master also showed new features last month.

All of these options, however, use fans with colored LEDs, so Chieftec can attract attention by offering an option without lights.
