Prime Gaming October Games

Amazon has already revealed the list of games arriving on the platform in October 2024, with more than 20 free titles that will be added as the days go by. As Halloween is celebrated in October, the list has some options for horror and suspense games, as well as adventures and even classics.

Among the games is A Plague Tale: Innocence, a third-person action-adventure game set in medieval France during the Black Death. The story follows Amicia and her younger brother, Hugo, as they try to survive Inquisition soldiers and swarms of rats that spread the plague.

The game features elements of stealth, puzzles and light combat, as the brothers explore devastated landscapes and face emotional and physical challenges. The narrative focuses on the brothers’ relationship and their fight for survival in a cruel and dark world.

Another title on the list is Death’s Door, an isometric action-adventure game that puts you in the role of a Raven Reaper who collects souls. When a soul is stolen, Crow must travel through a mysterious world full of magical creatures to get it back.

This game really stood out at its launch, featuring fluid combat, with a focus on dodges and quick attacks, as the player explores different regions, solves puzzles and faces challenging enemies. He became known for his charming art, melancholy atmosphere, and thoughtful narrative about death and the cycle of life.

And we also have the classic Doom Eternal, a first-person shooter that arrived as a sequel to Doom (2016). In it you will take on the role of the Doom Slayer, a warrior on a mission to stop a demonic invasion of Earth.

With a frenetic pace, the game stands out for its violent and fast combat, arsenal of powerful weapons and agile movement mechanics, such as the use of “dash” and combat hook. Doom Eternal expands the mythology of the Doom universe, offering an intense campaign packed with action, exploration, and epic battles against hordes of demons.

In addition to these, other titles stand out on the list such as Tomb Raider: Legend, Spirit of the North, BioShock Remastered, Killing Floor 2, among others. Check out the full list:
