Images captured by a security camera show the exact moment a cell phone explodes in a man’s shorts pocket in Bahia. The incident occurred on the morning of last Friday (13/09) while the victim was cleaning a sidewalk in Feira de Santana, a city 100 km from Salvador. Check out the video of the moment below:

In his desperation, the man quickly managed to take off his shorts when he noticed smoke coming out of his pocket. A few seconds later, the cell phone exploded. In a report to G1the man stated that he had superficial burns, his clothes were burned and his cell phone was destroyed. The model and brand of the cell phone were not revealed.
