Acer is another AIB that arrives shortly after the official announcement of the Battlemage generation of Intel GPUs to reveal its own models. The company, relatively new to the graphics card segment, presented not only its Arc B580, but also an Arc B570. Furthermore, both variants are overclocked compared to the reference model.
The Acer Nitro Intel Arc B580 OC reaches up to 2,740MHz clock speed, compared to the 2,670MHz of its standard version. The Nitro Intel Arc B570 OC achieves an even more expressive overclock, reaching 2,690MHz. The reference version is at 2,500MHz. The memory configurations remain the same, remaining at 12GB and 10GB, respectively.
In addition to the OC, Acer highlights the FrostBlade cooling system as a differentiator for its Battlemage line. The fans rotate on a bearing structure with two balls, and the manufacturer says this improves airflow and reduces noise by up to 8%, when compared to other fans made from plastic. The backplate of the plates is made of solid, anti-corrosion and non-flexible aluminum.
Acer already shows its Battlemage Arc B570
With the official debut of Intel’s new Battlemage dedicated graphics cards, it will be normal to see many AIBs focusing first on the Arc B580 models, as Maxsun did.
This is because the plates that mark the debut of the generation arrive in stores a month apart. Battlemage Arc B580 models have been promised to hit shelves on December 13th, while the cheaper Arc B570 variant arrives on January 16th.

Thus, Acer is one of the first to show its Arc B570 as well. In other words, potential buyers will be able to compare the two models directly and wait just a month if they decide that it is worth saving.
Finally, the manufacturer highlights that its new Battlemage cards offer three DisplayPort 2.1 ports and one HDMI 2.1. Prices have not yet been released.
