Some lucky early adopters are receiving their Intel Arc B580 cards before the Battlemage generation’s official debut date. As we know, Intel confirmed the start of shipping of its new video cards for December 13th, but some stores anticipated it and already delivered products today, the 9th.
One of the products shipped early was the Sparkle variant, the Arc B580 Titan OC Edition. The buyer showed photos of the product on Reddit, proving that he received it early. Speaking to VideoCardz, he revealed that he is from Poland, and that he was surprised by the card’s arrival earlier than expected.
Photographs taken by the Reddit user show that this Battlemage plate model from Sparkle comes with an S-shaped stand and comes with a deeply embossed B on the backplate.
And this wasn’t the only Arc B580 model to arrive early. Another user, also on Reddit, posted images of his ASRock Arc B580 Challenger, also received today. The card appears supported in the box and then installed in the PC.
Intel Arc B580 arrives before drivers
It’s not that uncommon for some people to receive products early when they’re close to launch. Glitches can always happen in shipping logistics, which results in things like this happening. For the new generation of Intel graphics cards, however, this does not mean that these lucky people will already be able to take advantage of their GPUs.
Unfortunately for early adopters, it’s not enough to install your new Arc B580 and go out using it. The cards still need their official Intel drivers to function properly. In any case, it is likely that this update will still be available before the 13th, so the lucky ones will still be able to use the cards at least a little earlier.

Remembering that only the B580 models arrive this week. The Arc B570 models are scheduled for January 16th.
