ASUS has released more photos of its limited edition TUF Gaming Radeon RX 9070 XT, inspired by Call of Duty: Black Ops 7. The company confirmed that only 1,000 units will be produced.
The models are aimed at fans who want collectible hardware directly linked to the new shooter, maintaining the well-known three-slot heatsink of the TUF line.
The heatsink and backplate feature the Chimera logo with orange accents that match the game’s visual identity. ASUS has also confirmed that each card includes a digital PC copy of Black Ops 7, distributed through select retailers worldwide.

Complete board
Under customization, it is a complete RX 9070 XT, based on AMD’s RDNA 4 architecture, with 16 GB of GDDR6 memory and support for FSR 4 upscaling, as well as DisplayPort 2.1 outputs. ASUS now releases the exact frequencies of this edition.
OC Mode, enabled by GPU Tweak III, allows the card to reach boost clocks of up to 3080 MHz and gaming clocks of up to 2540 MHz. Meanwhile, Standard Mode operates at boost clocks of up to 3060 MHz and game clocks of up to 2520 MHz.
These values ​​correspond to the standard TUF Gaming OC model.

Cooling is provided by an Axial-tech system with three 11-bladed fans, large openings in the aluminum backplate and a 0 dB fan stop function under light loads. A Dual BIOS switch allows users to choose between performance and silent profiles with a physical button.
GPU Tweak III software offers monitoring, fan rotation curve adjustments, and quick access to OC Mode.
ASUS also uses a phase-change thermal pad for the GPU instead of standard thermal paste, which liquefies under load to improve contact between the GPU and heatsink and solidifies again at lower temperatures.
Finally, the board includes dual ball bearings for the fans, a reinforced metal exoskeleton, and ASUS Auto-Extreme mounting to ensure long-term reliability.
