Asus reveals four Proart RTX 5080 models with wooden details

ASUS presented this week four new models of RTX 5080 in its proart product line. As usual for the series, one of the main differentials for the plates is in the look, with a wood texture at the top of the GPU that can be an attractive to your target audience.

The reason for having four SKUs of the same GPU in the same series is that not only variants with or without overclocking appear, but also options with or without slot M.2 for SSDs PCIE 5.0. That is, Proart RTX 5080 may or may not have one of these slots, and each version may or may not have OC, totaling a total of four models.

Another highlight of Asus for its new video cards is the support for USB-C. The Proart of Product line is very focused on independent workers and productivity, and the manufacturer says that the possibility of connecting the plate by USB-C “offers more versatility for creation workflows.”

Unfortunately we have only one image of the plate. But you can see the three -fans design, shaped for 2.5 slots. Asus says that inside the proart RTX 5080 has a steam chamber to help with cooling efficiency, and phase thermal pads to optimize heat transfer between the GPU and the sink.

Asus does not yet reveal the prices of Proart RTX 5080

Unfortunately ASUS has not yet revealed more specific details about its new proart RTX 5080. The company does not say, for example, what is the clock of its OC variants. In addition, we also do not know the effective date of availability for products, or their prices.

Something that is interesting to mention is that AIB promises that models with slot M.2 also offer cooling to SSD, which can be an extra attraction. As always, it will depend on the price difference compared to the product version without the feature.
