Asus presented this week a new mini PC that promises giant performance. The Ascent GX10 comes equipped with a GB10 Grace Blackwell Superchip Navido for Professional Use and AI development. Taking “super” even in the name, the GPU promises performance of up to 1,000 tops for artificial intelligence processing.
The small Ascent GX10 is able to process current AI models with up to 200 billion parameters, according to Asus. For this, Nvidia’s GB10 component comes equipped with fifth -generation colors, supporting FP4 and integrates a 20 -core grace, ARM -based CPU.
“Asus Ascent GX10 offers a powerful and economical experimentation platform for developers to create AI model prototypes and applications, releasing essential computational resources to their clusters, which are best suited to train and deliver production models,” says the manufacturer.
Another important feature that ASUS highlights the product is that the GB10 chip has Nvidia Connectx, a NIC system that helps to integrate more than one system, ie two ascent GX10 can be used together for even more advanced AI models, such as Llama 3.1, which reaches more than 400 billion parameters.
Asus still doesn’t talk about the availability of ASCENT GX10
It is common to not talk about prices for professional use products such as Ascent GX10, but ASUS declined to reveal or its release date.
