Asrock reveals gpus Radeon RX 9060 XT in the Steel Legend and Challenger series

Asrock has brought to Computex 2025 some of the Radeon RX 9060 XT models it intends to offer. Now that AMD finally made the official launch of the GPU, the company has taken the opportunity to show versions of the plate in two of its lines: Steel Legend and Challenger.

The Radeon RX 9060 XT Challenger will be the MSRP option from Asrock – that is, coming out for $ 299 with 8GB capacity or $ 349 for the 16GB version. At least that’s what AIB promises to launch the plate, but final prices in stores can sometimes vary depending on market conditions.

Challenger uses two fans and the model presented was only black. Already the Steel Legend version of the Radeon RX 9060 XT appeared in white, with more large size already incorporating three fans.

This variant is visibly a more advanced model, so it should arrive costing values ​​above the MSRP. However, Asrock has not yet disclosed its prices. Even though it is a more expensive option for the RX 9060 XT, AIB will offer the two capacity options in this model as well.

Asrock has chosen to offer some level of overclocking in the two 9060 XT RX options it will offer at the GPU debut. As might be expected, Challenger brings a little less, but it is still above the AMD reference boost clock, which is 3.130mHz.

The Radeon RX 9060 XT Challenger has a base clock of 2,700mHz, reaching up to 3,290mHz in Boost. Already the Steel Legend version starts at 2,780MHz and goes up to 3,320mHz in Boost Clock. The table below shows a comparison of Specs between the two models:

As we can see, the rest of the specifications remain similar to the standards of AMD. However, there is a small typing error that reverses the TGP of both options. It is Challenger who uses 170W, while Steel Legend arrives in 182W.
