AOC has launched two game monitors meeting different needs, 25g4sxu, 25 -inch models and Fast IPS panel, and 34 -inch Cu34G4Z and Fast VA panel.
The company has been dedicated to the production of basic and intermediate level gamer monitors. Meanwhile, most leading manufacturers of monitors such as Samsung, LG, Asus, MSI, etc. are working on the creation of high cost QD-OLED displays.
As already highlighted, the main difference between the two, besides the size of the screen, is the type of screen. The 25-inch monitor has a 16: 9 flat screen, while the 34 inch monitor has an ultra-wide screen with 1500R curvature. This results in a WQHD resolution (3440x1440p), while 25g4sxu has a 1080p resolution.

In the case of the 25g4sxu model, The Fast IPS panel allows the 25 -inch AOC monitor to reach a faster response with only 1 ms of GTG and 0.3 ms of MPRT. This is not possible with the ordinary IPs panels. In the case of the Cu34G4Z model, The Fast VA panel offers a fast response time of 1 ms GTG.
Despite the highest resolution of the Cu34G4Z, it can still reach a good 240 Hz update rate, but the 25 -inch monitor can reach 300 Hz from factory. It may be overclocking to reach 310 Hz, but the difference will remain virtually imperceptible.
The 34 inch monitor does not seem to have adaptive synchronization, while the 25-inch monitor has compatibility with Nvidia G-Sync For a game experience without crashes.
Target audience, connections and availability
Both monitors are suitable for playing eSports titles such as CS2 and Valorant, and are ideal for competitive players with limited budget. The 34 -inch monitor is best suited for immersive games and AAA games, where you want to explore vast worlds involving the field of view.
For connectivity, Each of the monitors is equipped with USB 3.2 Gen 1 hubs, and the Cu34G4Z comes with 2 doors, while the 25g4sxu comes with 4. For video output, there are DP 1.4 and HDMI 2.1 ports.
AOC Gaming Cu34G4Z costs £ 369 (approximately R $ 2,457) and 25g4sxu, £ 199 (about R $ 1,325). Both will be available for purchase from this month.
