AMD Ryzen 5 7600X3D is no longer exclusive to the US

The AMD Ryzen 5 7600X3D, the most affordable Zen 4 processor with 3D V-Cache to date, has started shipping outside the US as well. The CPU made its debut exclusively at the Micro Center store, but is now available in Europe as well, for €329 ($2,055).

More specifically, the processor was spotted in Germany, being sold exclusively by the MindFactory store. Tom’s Hardware points out that the store has branches in Austria, but even so the Ryzen 5 7600X3D can only be found in its German division.

In other words, AMD will probably maintain a restrictive availability policy for its new CPU. It is likely that the company will continue to make these exclusivity contracts with stores in different countries.

The price is also striking. In direct conversion to reais, the Ryzen 5 7600X3D is being sold more expensive in Germany than in the US. In addition, in the same store the Ryzen 5 7600X costs €192, a very considerable price difference.

It is clear, however, that this processor stands out for its specific performance differential for games, and we recently had the release of some results for the component in this area.

Ryzen 5 7600X3D excels in efficiency

With an affordable price and low power consumption, AMD’s new Zen 4 processor with 3D V-Cache is standing out as a great option in the cost-benefit segment.

Recent benchmark tests have shown the processor even outperforming a Ryzen 9 7900X3D when tested at 65W in games.

Now we just have to wait and see if AMD intends to expand the availability of the Ryzen 5 7600X3D to Brazil, even if it is exclusively in some store.
