AMD RADEON RX 9000M: First rumors of RDNA 4 in notebooks appear

After months of the debut of the Radeon RX 9070, we finally have rumors of the arrival of the RDNA 4 architecture on notebooks, in a supposed Radeon RX 9000m series. That is, according to leaks, the first GPUS mobile based on AMD’s latest generation will be dedicated plates for laptop computers.

The information comes from the insider all the watts !! and must be treated as a rumor. Despite the delay in appearing something about it, enthusiasts will be happy to know that the “leak” supposedly reveals the entire Radeon RX 9000m line.

As we can see in the capture above, there are six skus. Putting more legibly, we would have:

• Radeon RX 9080M: 64 Compute Units + 16GB GDDR6
• Radeon RX 9070M XT: 48 Compute Units + 12GB GDDR6
• Radeon RX 9070M: 32 Compute Units + 8GB GDDR6
• Radeon RX 9070S: 32 Compute Units + 8GB GDDR6
• Radeon RX 9060M: 28 Compute Units + 8GB GDDR6
• Radeon RX 9060S: 28 Compute Units + 8GB GDDR6

Of course a Radeon RX 9080m mentioned a lot of attention, since we don’t have this version for desktops. Once again, it is good to remember that rumors should be observed with a certain skepticism.

Finally, variants are versions with less energy consumption of M models, but we have no information yet on the TGP of these plates.

AMD Will you talk about Radeon RX 9000m on Computex?

The next big event that AMD will participate is Computex 2025, with a conference marked by the company for May 21st. The company is already expected to talk about its Radeon RX 9060 XT for desktop at the event. Now expectation adds the Radeon RX 9000m series.
