Without making much fuss, AMD has introduced a new Radeon Pro option for the GPUS input segment for professional use. The Radeon Pro W7400 is based on RDNA 3, coming as a new most affordable sign of a series that made its debut two years ago.
Unfortunately we have no images of the Radeon Pro W7400, but the video card is official, appearing with its full details on the AMD website. It offers 28 RDNA 3 Compute Units, accompanied by only 8GB of GDDR6 memory, with a 128-bit bus.
The configuration described above is the same as Radeon Pro W7500, available since the initial release of this GPUS series. The difference between these models is in your TBPs.
The W7500 has a TBP of only 70W and no longer requires power cables, pulling your diet directly through the PCIE connection. Taking into even simpler and more affordable systems, the Radeon Pro W7400 can reduce TBP to 55W. Thus, AMD recommends a source of only 450W for its new input card.
Radeon Pro W7400 can be focused on OEM
The decrease in power consumption impacts clocks and, consequently, final plaque performance. While the W7500 offers a Boost Clock up to 1.7GHz, the new Radeon Pro W7400 delivers a maximum of 1.1GHz. In addition, the memory frequency has also been reduced from 18gbps to 10.8gbps.
The result is an estimated performance of 7.9 TFLOPs to the W7400, while the W7500 delivers around 12 TFLOPs.

With so many “cuts”, the attraction of Radeon Pro W7400 must be at its price, but unfortunately AMD did not disclose the MSRP for the product.
Therefore, and also due to the lack of official images, Videocardz people estimate that the new plate can be aimed at AMD’s OEM partners and will appear in customized complete systems for accessible workstations.
