Akasa introduces new line of low-profile coolers for compact builds

The focus on offering more and more performance has resulted in the appearance of really large air coolers. That’s why Akasa wants to stand out by offering new options for those looking to create compact builds and PCs in the format known as SFF.

The new line of coolers comes with a total of six variations, with different colors and the presence or absence of RGB lights. All SKUs use 120mm fans and measure less than 80mm in height, in addition to guaranteeing space for any set of RAM memories.

Before we get into the technical details, it is worth mentioning that Akasa’s new coolers are compatible with both AM4 and AM5 sockets for AMD and in the case of Intel, they list LGA1851, 1700, 1200 and 115x sockets. They also come with the brand’s premium thermal paste, T5 ProGrade+.

We have a total of three models, which vary according to the TDP of the CPUs they promise to be capable of dissipating, each with at least two color options. They all use 120mm fans.

The Viper H6L M2 measure just 76mm in height and are the most powerful, promising to handle CPUs with up to 165W TDP. They will be available in black or white.

The Akasa SOHO H6L M2 models are the only ones with customizable RGB lights. They measure 77.6mm in height and dissipate TDP of up to 160W. Also available in black or white.

We have a unique variant in the form of the Alucia H6L M2, which also measures 77.6mm in height and dissipates up to 160W, but does not have RGB lights and comes with a blue fan.

Finally, we have the Alucia H6LS M2, the lowest of the entire line. At just 67.2mm tall, they are compatible with builds just 70mm thick. However, the cooling promise drops to 150W. Akasa will offer these models in all black or with a blue fan.
