Acer has announced its new Predator Orion 7000 desktop gaming PC, bringing a high-end performance solution for the public to venture without major concerns into the main gaming experiences available today.
According to the manufacturer, it will feature an Intel Arrow Lake processor, as well as coming to the market accompanied by the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 GPU.
The model will arrive with four memory options, 16GB or 32GB DDR5-5600 and 16GB or 32GB DDR5-6000. It will support up to 128GB (32GBx4) in Dual Channel DDR5.
One of the main highlights of Acer’s Predator Orion 7000 is its cooling system, designed to keep performance at its best for as long as possible. It features a Predator CycloneX 360 fan system – a 3-in-1 model designed to expel heat from critical areas and maximize airflow volume.
Along with the liquid CPU cooler, this system can optimize cooling efficiency by up to 15%. In addition, it can reduce the motherboard temperature by up to 9ºC compared to its predecessor models.

According to Acer, the Predator Orion 7000 Gaming PC features an integrated PredatorSense 4.0 application – allowing for easier overclocking of components and customization of ARGB/RGB lighting preferences.
They also reveal that their connectivity is broad with more modern options, such as the use of Thunderbolt 4 and Wi-Fi 7 – the latter reaching speeds between 40 and 46 Gbps.
In terms of storage, Acer’s Predator Orion 7000 supports up to 4TB of HDD, 6TB with M.2 NVMe PCIe SSD and an input to expand the SSD.
Acer’s focus on artificial intelligence
In addition to highlighting the use of the Predator Orion 7000 for gaming, Acer also highlights that it will have enough power to work with artificial intelligence.
The NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 GPU has up to 1,321 TOPS to use the technology, just as the Intel processor should further improve the use of NPUs and enable the PC for new features that are being seen and the future ones to come.
