JWIPC’s new Panther Lake mini PC features small LCD screen and up to 96GB of RAM

Last week, JWIPC presented its new mini PC equipped with an Intel Core Ultra Series 3 processor, previously known as Panther Lake. The W144 is about the size of a milk carton, with a total volume of 2L, and a strong focus on AI functions.

The company has not yet disclosed which specific processor it chose for the compact computer, or if interested parties will be able to choose between more than one Panther Lake option. Anyway,. JWIPC highlights the functions of Microsoft Copilot, as all Intel Core Ultra Series 3 offer at least 40 TOPS – while some models exceed 100.

Thus, the JWIPC W144 even comes with a dedicated button to activate Microsoft’s AI assistant, in addition to a small LCD screen built directly into the case. At the moment we don’t know if the screen can be used in conjunction with the Copilot key or if it is just there to show computer performance data and images that the user chooses.

JWIPC promises lots of memory for graphics in W144

One aspect that draws a lot of attention to JWIPC’s new mini PC is that it offers up to 96GB of RAM, with a speed of up to 9,600MHz – which should have a considerable impact on its price. Additionally, the company says that up to 90GB of this memory can be allocated to graphics, through dynamic sharing technology.

In terms of connections, it is worth highlighting that the mini PC has an OCuLink port for using external GPUs, in addition to coming with HDMI 2.1 and DisplayPort 1.4 for video. JWIPC highlights that its new compact computer is capable of offering an image of up to 8K resolution, with a frequency of 60Hz.
