AOOSTAR has officially launched AG03, its new GPU dock. It’s already appearing in third-party ads, following previous teasers that mentioned two Thunderbolt 5 ports and OCuLink support.
The new dock is estimated to be priced at around 1499 RMB, which is equivalent to R$1,177.60 and, per hour, was made available to the Chinese public.

The AG03 maintains the usual PCIe 4.0 x4 approach for external GPUs, but adds more host-side options than older docks that only supported OCuLink. It supports Thunderbolt 5 and USB4 v2. The same post on JD lists support for PD output of up to 140W (with a second mention of 27W as well).
One change that will be important for high-powered graphics cards is the GPU power rating: theThe ad information indicates that the AG03 supports up to 500W for the graphics card, which is lower than the 600W that appears in ads for older AG0x docks.
GPU power specifications are important because the device has an integrated 800 W power supplybut it is not able to supply everything for the installed GPU.
It’s almost what you’d expect from an all-in-one eGPU dock, but it’s still not a hub that completely replaces a desktop. There’s no M.2 slot or Ethernet support, so users still need a separate dock if they want to expand storage or use a wired network.
