Gamemax launches new line of NEX C56 cases with two compartments

Gamemax launched its new NEX C56 and NEX C56 VC cases this week, which are similar models and offer two compartments for your build. The company says its latest mid-tower cases are aimed at “high-end PCs that demand both performance and visual impact.”

The dual-compartment design of the new cases allows only the design-defining components to be visible through the glass panels. The power supply and SSD and HDD drive bays are on the other side, hidden inside the case.

For users who want to highlight the GPU even more, the Gamemax NEX C56 supports vertical mounting. For those who choose to mount it horizontally, the cases come with a support that helps alleviate the weight and stress of the video card on the motherboard’s PCIe connection.

In addition to the visual aspect, Gamemax highlights the positioning of the fans in its cases. As you can see in the images, both the set of three on the bottom and the three on the side are positioned at an angle of 12º. The company says this detail improves the airflow and cooling performance of the NEX C56.

Both the NEX C56 and C56 VC support mini-ITX to ATX motherboards. The GPU can go up to 425mm and the power supply up to 220mm, while the cooler can go up to 182mm.

The main difference between the models is the fact that the NEX C56 VC has an extra glass panel on top, so it supports a maximum total of 7 fans. The standard NEX C56 model allows fans to be installed on the top panel, so the total goes to 10.

Fans also establish a difference in price between products. The Gamemax NEX C56 already comes with 7 fans pre-installed, while the NEX C56 VC comes out of the box with 4 fans attached. There is also a price difference in colors, so the options look like this:
