Consumers complain that iFood is offline on Monday night (27). The problem started around 7pm, according to complaints registered on the DownDetector platform, which monitors digital services.
The reason for the problem, which affects both iPhone and Android smartphones, is still unknown. It seems to us to be a more limited bug, as other consumers are able to use iFood normally.
