Leakage of the Ryzen Pro 9000 series: up to 12 nuclei and 65W of TDP

AMD should introduce models for professional use of Zen 5 -based processors soon. This is what indicates a new leak, allegedly revealing three variants for the Ryzen Pro 9000 series, with options of up to 12 cores.

The information appears on the official ASUS website, with the new models being part of the list of processors compatible on the brand’s boards. It is the same situation with the Ryzen 7 9700F, possible new processor without integrated graphics for the standard Ryzen 9000 series.

According to what appears on the AMD partner website, these will be the first processors of the Ryzen Pro 9000 line:

• Ryzen 9 PRO 9945: 12 nuclei | 64MB of cache | @3,4GHz
• Ryzen 9 for 9745: 8 NúCleos | 32MB de cache | @3,8GHz
• Ryzen 9 Pro 9645: 6 cores | 32Mb of Cache | @3.9GHz

All models were listed with 65W of TDP. We have no confirmation if they are really professional versions of the Zen 5 -based Granite Ridge line, but the nomenclature indicates that this is the most likely.

The Ryzen Pro 9000 is expected to be a direct increase over the Pro 7000 line-unlike the Ryzen AI Pro 8000 models that take the name and are based on Hawk Point.

Thus, new processors should maintain a setting of only two RDNA 2 -based computes for integrated graphics without an XDNA 2 NPU. Ie, products focused on office PCs, but this time with Zen 5 nuclei.

Videocardz is aware of the fact that the top line model has a reduced clock compared to its similar from the past generation – 3.4GHz, against 3.7GHz from the previous model. Meanwhile, the 9745 keeps the same clock as the previous version and the 9645 increases the frequency by 100mHz.

We do not have an official date for advertising of new products, but it should not miss much. Maybe the Ryzen Pro 9000 arrive in a window similar to the Ryzen 7 9700f.
