MSI is one of Nvidia’s partners that offers the most plates options in the RTX 50 generation, and AIB continues to add options to its portfolio. Now we have a new variant for the already released RTX 5070 Gaming Duke, reaching white.
The MSI RTX 5070 Gaming Duke 3x White brings a new housing all blank, which includes the fans and bottom of the company’s logos that appear in the center of each one. Like other models of the Gaming Duke line, the plate does not come with customizable colored lights, which makes the new color its main aesthetic differential.
However, the plate does not bring PCB painted either, which is usually a preference of users looking for blank plates. It maintains the same PCB of the default models of the Gaming Duke line, leaving certain parts in black visible by the cracks and connectors.
The new blank option from RTX 5070 Gaming Duke has two variants – with or without OC. Directly from the box, the plate without overclock comes with boost clock up to 2,512 MHz, while the GPU OC version is running at 2,557mHz. Using the MSI Center, it is possible to access the “Extreme Performance” mode, bringing the clocks to 2,527MHz and 2.572MHz, respectively.
Other specifications remain the same. We have a plaque with 12GB of GDDR7 memory, with 6,144 cuda centers. It measures 32.5cm long to hold its three fans and has 2 slots profile.
Only 5070 receives new color so far
MSI’s Gaming Duke line has already available a RTX 5070 and a black 5060 Ti in black, but the company has chosen to offer a white variation only to 5070. We have no information if 5060 Ti eventually will have the same treatment. But it would not be surprised, with MSI already passing the 114 Skus in the RTX 50 series.

Nor do we know what the price suggested by the new board will be. The Gaming Duke series approaches the MSRP of their respective GPUs, so something similar is expected for the new RTX 5070 blank. However, in some cases companies charge more for colors different from black, so it’s good to be aware.
