Asus began this week celebrating the 30th anniversary of its debut in the video signs market, offering several gifts and awards to its consumers and fans. The main highlight is a new mysterious model of RTX 50, which will be the big prize of the promotion.
The first video card launched by the company was ASUS 375, using an S3 Virge/DX chip. The product was launched in 1996, so in fact this board turns 30 in 2026.
In any case, interested users can now register on the Asus website to compete for the main prizes and several gifts that will be drawn. The most interesting part is that the promotion is valid for the whole world, so anyone reading this post can click here to register as well.
Asus wants to hear their stories
The promotion consists of playing mini games for the browser that talk about Asus’s history and gather points. These points are used in the giveaways such as keyboards, mice, headsets and even clothes. They are different waves of gifts starting today, the 8th, and going until October 7th.
But the great award requires the user to share a USA -Life Story involving Asus video card, either by text or video on YouTube. The top four stories will be selected for the awards shown below.
The ranking starts in fourth place with a RTX 5070 IT, accompanied by a 1,000W Rog Strix Platinum source. Third place gains the same source and a RTX 5080 Proart, while the second takes the two components on the TUF Gaming line – a RTX 5080 and a 1,000W Gold source.
Mysterious GPU would be an RTX 5090 rog matrix
As the image shows, the first place takes a source of 1,200W and an unveiled RTX 50. The Videocardz people decided to speculate what this model could be and bet on a RTX 5090 Rog Matrix.
Betting on a RTX 5090 looks like a safe kick for the big prize, and the gain in the source’s ability corroborates this hypothesis.
