Intel Arc Heavenly, new generation of their dedicated GPUS, can use XE3P made “at home” [RUMOR]

As we know, Intel already works in the next generation of its dedicated GPUs, ARC Celestial, since before the release of its current Battlemage – something common for the development of hardware components. Now we have the leakage of some details about the upcoming dedicated video signs from Intel, coming from an account known for correct privileged information about the company.

The user who signs like OneraIichu on social networks has posted that the dedicated ARC Celestial GPUs will use an architecture called XE3P, unlike XE3 expected for the graphics integrated in Panther Lake processors. Below is a capture of the “Leak” post.

Another interesting information in the few lines of the post is that Intel should use its own manufacture for these chips. That is, the company intends to make the XE3P “at home”, according to the rumor. This would be a very important change in heavenly, as the GPUs Arc Alchemist and Battlemage were manufactured by TSMC.

Just as several companies have sought to reduce their dependence from Nvidia to AI, the same is true of TSMC for chip manufacturing. Since Intel also seeks to act like a Foundry for third parties, manufacturing their own components also serves with advertising of their abilities.

Is xe3p a different variant for heavenly Arc?

The Videocardz staff is on the fact that this is not the first time the name XE3P has been mentioned in Intel’s leaks. According to the site, one of the company’s engineers listed in his LinkedIn account that he worked on XE3, XE3+ and XE3P.

Information that dedicated ARC heavenly video cards will use XE3P can be an indication that these architectures will coexist rather than representing new versions that replace. Thus, Intel could use XE3P on video cards, XE3 on integrated graphics and XE3+ in more advanced processors, or something.
