Intel launched this week the latest driver for its GPUs – integrated with processors or dedicated such as ARC B580. The main news of the update is Game On support for the Final Fantasy VII Rebirth port for the PC. The game was released yesterday, January 23, and the driver made available together.
The update takes the driver to its version 32.0.101.6460 or 6259, and optimizes the second part of the world’s most famous JRPG remake in different Intel GPUS. This includes Game On support and performance improvements for the ARC B and ARC A series and for Integrated Intel Core Ultra Series 2 processor graphics.

The owner of ARC B 580 even offers an estimate of performance improvements with the driver update, compared to its previous version. According to the company, players will see up to 12.8% plus FPS with the game running at 1080p in the High in the ARC B series.

Known problems of the new Intel driver
Like every driver update, Intel’s latest brings a list of well -known problems that have not yet been corrected by the update. It is a somewhat extensive list, available on the official Intel page to download the driver.
Below are some of the known problems that the update does not yet correct in the Arc B580 and ARC B570 video cards:
- F1 2024 (DX12) With Xess FG may present corruption and crashes
- MLPERF may present intermittent errors running on systems with more than one GPU
- Topaz Labs Photo Ai may present corruption in certain image improvement operations
- Magix Vegas Pro may present corruption when using the style transfer feature
- Adobe Lightroom Classic may have performance below expected
