As Paulo Ricardo would say, “things change places and whoever lost can win“, at least this seems like the overclocker’s moment”Kingpin”, which revealed that it will not launch any model GeForce RTX 50 and can even change to AMD or Intel.
The Youtuber, designer and technology enthusiast is recognized beyond his content, developing NVIDIA graphics cards in partnership with EVGA for years. But, now that EVGA has gone from this to better, Kingpin decided to take a break from GPU launches and rethink what its path will be for the segment in the future.

Vince Lucido, known as Kingpin, is a recognized overclocker in the hardware and technology community. This recognition led the professional to work with EVGA, where over the years he built his line of GPUs called the “EVGA Kingpin” series.
But, as we all know, EVGA’s GPU division “went downhill”, and with that, Kingpin decided to interrupt its GPU design project. Still, last year he revealed work with PNY, which could result in a new Kingpin variant soon.

“There is no my card in this generation. She can’t come to Gen 5. It’s impossible. There are a lot of problems here, and it would create a lot of problems if I jumped on board so quickly. Still, I can’t say much about it. Well, because it has to do with my previous contractual stuff. I love video cards. I love making graphics cards, and I definitely don’t think this thing is going to die. But I think we will have to wait, we will still have to wait for another generation. And who knows? Maybe it’s not Team Green; Maybe it’s another color.”

We can expect something new from Kingpin, but we don’t yet know if it will be something with AMD, Intel or something entirely new. And, as he said above, it may not even arrive in this generation, due to contractual issues. Let’s wait.
