Even before CES 2025, we spoke with Dell about the company’s new launches for this year. We will have a lot of new features, starting with changes even to the name of the line of some products.

Our presenter Diego Kerber broke down every detail of what’s coming. We talk about notebooks, desktops and monitors – including high-contrast QD-OLED IPS models.

Changes in the nomenclature of many models

The XPS lines, of premium notebooks, and the Latitude and Precision lines, focused on professional use, will change their names. The company’s idea was to simplify communication with consumers and, to this end, it chose to separate its notebooks into three main lines.

The Dell line, with basic notebooks for everyday use; the Dell Pro line, with notebooks focused on productivity and professional use; and, finally, the Dell Pro Max line, focused on maximum performance machines.

Within each of the lines there are subdivisions: Base, with the simplest models in the category; Plus, with more performance and some design changes; and Premium, with maximum performance and differentiated design.

Notebooks coming to the market in 2025

The Dell Pro 16 Plus and Dell Pro 14 Plus have not yet confirmed their launch in Brazil. In the commercial line, the Dell Pro 14, Dell Pro 16, Dell Pro 13 Plus, Dell Pro 14 Plus, Dell Pro Premium 13 and Dell Pro Premium 14 arrive in Brazil in the first quarter of 2025.

There will be no changes to the gamer line and the new models continue to be Alienware, but specifically with the Area 51 and Aurora lines.

The Area 51 notebooks, with a total focus on performance, are confirmed for Brazil and will even be manufactured locally. In desktops, the new model in the Area 51 line will not be sold here. The new Aurora notebooks will also be manufactured in Brazil, and should arrive in the first half of the year.

Finally, in monitors, we will have two launches in the UltraSharp line, in 27 and 32 inch versions. They arrive here in February. Furthermore, the arrival of the Dell Plus 32 4K QD-OLED, which uses panels from Samsung Display, is confirmed. This option only arrives in Brazil in May.
