The launch of the RTX 50 series of NVIDIA GPUs is so close that some of its partners have already started listing the graphics cards ahead of time. After appearing on Zotac’s website, the RTX 5090 and RTX 5080 were also listed as configuration options for Acer’s full-featured gaming PCs, the Orion. Now, the supposed prices of these systems have appeared in a store in Germany.
Both the Acer Predator Orion 7000 with an RTX 5090 and its version with RTX 5080 were listed. The first build appears priced at €5,999, while the less robust version was listed for €3,499. This amounts, respectively, to R$38,215 and R$22,289 at the current exchange rate of the euro.
Before making any comparison or speculation about prices, it is important to highlight that these values may only be temporary and not definitive. Additionally, the store has already removed its listings.
That said, the comparison between possible GPU prices is also hampered by different computer configurations. The Predator Orion are complete systems, with changes in their memory, storage and even processor capacity.
According to VideoCardz captures from before the listings were removed, we have good differences between the systems. The Acer Predator Orion 7000 with RTX 5090 would be accompanied by an Intel Core Ultra 9 285K, with 128GB DDR5 and 2TB SSD.
The model with an RTX 5080, in turn, comes with an Intel Core Ultra 7 265KF, 32GB of DDR5 and an SSD with half the storage, going up to 1TB.
To put things into perspective, the computers have a €2,500 difference in price. This means that, assuming that the sum of the other components offers a difference of up to €1,000 in value (which would probably not be the case), just changing GPUs would result in a change of €1,500 in price.

We reiterate that these prices may be temporary and incorrect, and do not help you imagine how much each GPU will cost individually. However, based on the spec leaks, a big jump in value between the RTX 5080 and the RTX 5090 is really to be expected.
