Samsung launches new air conditioning models with integrated AI to help save energy

A Samsung announced the arrival of new air conditioning models in the line WindFreenow equipped with Artificial Intelligence (AI) to optimize comfort and energy efficiency. Available in versions WindFree AI e WindFree POWERVolt AIthe devices stand out for their integration with the ecosystem SmartThings and other advanced technologies.

AI for comfort and savings

With the application of AI, the new models are capable of learning the user’s preferences and adjusting their operation according to the internal and external temperature. This automation offers greater comfort and, at the same time, optimizes energy consumption, making use more efficient.

Thiago Dias, director of the air conditioning division at Samsung Brazil, highlighted the importance of this innovation:

“These launches are yet another demonstration of Samsung’s focus on providing the best technology to make routine easier, in every room in the home. With the new WindFree AI air conditioners, consumers have control over the device’s functionalities and, through connectivity, ensure better sleep.”

One of the biggest differentiators of the line is the technology WindFreewhich eliminates the discomfort of direct icy wind. The system disperses the conditioned air through 23 thousand microholesensuring smooth and uniform distribution. This functionality can be activated with just one tap, providing a more pleasant experience.

Furthermore, integration with the SmartThings adds features like Welcome Coolingwhich allows the air conditioning to be activated automatically when the user is close to home, adjusting the temperature to ideal levels even before their arrival.
