Xiaomi has updated its product line with the G24i monitor, presented as a new affordable gaming option, without giving up advanced features. The G24i monitor supports refresh rates of up to 180 Hz, providing greater fluidity and precision in images. With a GtG response time of just 1 ms, it prevents blurring and ghosting during fast movements.
Features
In addition to gaming-focused features, the G24i offers high image quality with a 1,000:1 contrast ratio and 99% coverage of the sRGB color gamut, making it suitable for basic visual content creation.
It also comes with support for FreeSync technology, which synchronizes the frames rendered by the GPU with the displayed images, preventing minor stutters and improving the gaming experience.
With compact dimensions of 23.8 inches and Full HD resolution, the monitor has 178º viewing angles and TÜV Low Blue Light certification for blue light reduction, providing visual comfort during long hours of use.
The Xiaomi G24i’s connectivity options include a DisplayPort port and an HDMI port. Therefore, the monitor meets expectations in basic setups, but may not be ideal for more complex setups with multiple monitors.
Pricing and Availability
Currently, the G24i has been launched in countries in Europe and North America, with an official price of US$129 (around R$735 in direct conversion). There is no forecast for sales in Brazil.
