This week, Gamdias launched the NESO P1 Pro, the newest version of its case that can be used both vertically and horizontally. The case adopts the design style known as “aquarium”, with glass panels on the front and side that join together with a slight curvature, to give the impression of a single piece.
The automaker wants to stand out in particular with the look of its new cabinet. Thus, the NESO P1 Pro comes in black and white, and its housing forms a trapezoid-shaped angle, especially accentuated with the case horizontal. Gamdias says it is a “lifestyle” cabinet, which probably has to do with its decorative design.
Moving from the visual part to the technical part, the Gamdias NESO P1 Pro supports motherboards from mini-ITX to E-ATX, up to 310mm wide. Additionally, it supports GPUs up to 426mm long and 192mm wide. The processor cooler can be up to 193mm high, and the power supply can reach 180mm.
The case holds several fans as well. Taking the vertical position as a reference, there are three 120mm or two 140mm on top with another three 120mm or 140mm on the side. At the back there is room for a 120mm or 140mm fan and at the bottom there are three other 120mm fans.
Gamdias still doesn’t talk about the price for the NESO P1 Pro
Gamdias has chosen not to disclose the price of its new cabinet yet. For comparative criteria, however, the folks at Tom’s Hardware point out that it is possible to find the original NESO for US$140 with a discount, with the full price at US$150. Something above that is to be expected, then.

The site also notes an important difference in the positioning of the case. Although Gamdias designed the product for use vertically or horizontally, apparently the lying position can compromise the cooling of the case. This is because an entire set of fans will be positioned directly on the table, while the air outlet at the top of the case is lost.
Therefore, we suggest checking reviews comparing the cooling performance in both orientations before interested parties make their decisions.
