Trailer and PC Requirements Revealed

Fans of the franchise Call of Duty they have reason to celebrate. Activision has just released a new action-packed launch trailer for Call of Duty Black Ops 6in addition to revealing the minimum and recommended requirements to run the game on PC. With less than two weeks until the official launch, player expectations are sky-high.

Developed by Treyarch and Raven, Black Ops 6 promises an intense experience of action, suspense and espionage. Set in the early 1990s, the game explores a turbulent period in global politics, marked by the end of the Cold War and the rise of the United States as a global superpower.

Minimum and recommended requirements

The new trailer highlights a cinematic single-player narrative, promising to surprise fans with a story that isn’t tied to traditional military conventions. Additionally, the multiplayer mode has been improved to offer the best possible experience, and the popular zombie hordes mode makes its triumphant return.

For PC gamers, Activision revealed system requirements in three categories: minimum, recommended, and competitive. At the minimum level, the game requires a processor AMD Ryzen 5 1400 or Intel Core i5-6600, 8 GB of RAM and an AMD Radeon RX 470, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960 or Intel Arc A580 graphics card with 2 GB of VRAM.

For a recommended experience, gamers will need an AMD Ryzen 5 1600X or Intel Core i7-6700K, 12 GB of RAM, and an AMD Radeon RX 6600XT or NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080Ti / RTX 3060 graphics card with 8 GB of VRAM.

For competitive gamers looking for maximum performance, Activision recommends an AMD Ryzen 7 2700X or Intel Core i7-8700K, 16 GB of RAM and an AMD Radeon RX 6800XT or NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 / RTX 4070 graphics card with 10 GB of VRAM.

On all configurations, the game will require 102 GB of SSD space, ensuring faster loading times and a smoother experience.

When will it be available?

The PC version of Black Ops 6 will feature advanced features such as AMD FSR 3.1, FSR Frame Generation and AMD FidelityFX CAS, promising stunning graphics and optimized performance.

Players eager to dive into the action will be able to start pre-loading the game from October 21st at 1pm (Brasília time) on all platforms.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 will be officially released on October 25th for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One and PC.
