The Moore’s Law is Dead channel states that the manufacturer decided to wait to bring its next desktop video cards, but not because of any problem with the architecture or its production but for a “commercial” reason.
According to the channel’s latest video, AMD and its commercial partners want to empty the stock of RDNA 3 cards before the arrival of the Radeon RX 8000. The arrival may have been delayed so as not to make the old models appear excessively expensive. for the performance they deliver compared to the new ones.
Obviously the postponement should be taken as a rumor, since Moore’s Law is Dead’s reputation brings as many hits as it does misses.
