Last week we reported here at Adrenaline that prices for NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 GPUs were on the rise in some European countries – such as Germany and Austria, due to low hardware stock in this region. It is now being reported that it has been sold out, raising concerns not just for European audiences.
According to 3DCenter, the graphics card is no longer available to order from its distributor – such as TD Synex – and that its manufacturing was stopped before the beginning of October. They state that the manufacturer and its partners will most likely no longer ship the product to the European region.

WCCFTECH sought information about NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 GPUs, but it really appears that stock has run out on several sites such as Alternate, Caseking and Mindfactory.
The Alternate and Caseking platforms still show the products, but no user is able to purchase the graphics card. As for Mindfactory, all product pages were suddenly removed and remain offline to date.
The only model found throughout Germany is the Inno3D GeForce RTX 4090 ICHILL X3 Edition GPU – within Amazon, sold for 2,486.88 euros.
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 GPU sales
Although the lack of availability of NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 GPUs in Germany worries the public, it is important to mention that it remains normally available in other regions of the planet – including the Brazilian market.
Even though its production may have been reduced or even supposedly closed, there are still several editions for sale – coming from several different websites and platforms. It is possible that their stock will run out in other countries in the coming weeks or even months, taking into account that the manufacturer will discontinue them in favor of the GeForce RTX 50 “Blackwell”.
Rumors suggest that NVIDIA will end production of GeForce RTX 4090 graphics cards and their components this October (completing two years since their launch), prioritizing the manufacture of new editions. The GeForce RTX 5090 and RTX 5080 will reportedly be unveiled during CES 2025.
