Intermediate cell phones, those with prices of up to R$2,000, are the most researched by Brazilians: of the 20 most researched models, 12 are in this category, according to a survey by the Buscapé platform, known for its price comparator.
Among the most searched cell phones in Brazil, the Samsung Galaxy s23 has been in the lead for 5 months. Between the months of leadership, the device had a 7% drop in average price, falling from R$3,005 in December/23 to R$2,799 last month. The Korean manufacturer also has seven other models among the 20 most searched for nationally this month, showing its great strength in the Brazilian market.
The second most searched smartphone of the month was the Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G 256GB 8GB. The Chinese manufacturer’s cell phone can be found for prices between R$1,822 and R$2,339, a possibility of savings of up to 22%. Third place is occupied by the Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 4G 128GB 6GB, with price variations between R$1,029 and R$1,139.
The price variation among the top 20 most searched cell phones in February was up to 24% for the same product, such as the Samsung Galaxy S23 FE 5G 128GB 8GB, found from R$2,116 to R$2,799.

Another model that also showed a large variation in cost between stores was the Samsung Galaxy A55 5G 128GB 8GB. The cell phone can be found from R$1,979 to R$2,520, a difference of 21% that reinforces how essential it is to evaluate different offers to guarantee a cost-effective purchase, highlights Buscapé.
The ranking also includes the top of the line from Apple and Samsung, with average prices starting at R$2,116, such as the iPhone 15 Pro Max 8GB 256GB, which can reach R$5,369.
