Thermaltake Tower 300 can be used standing or lying down

Thermaltake has announced the launch of two new colors for its Tower 300 case model: Peach Pink and Matcha Plum. These two new versions of the device are already available on the main national e-commerce platforms, being offered at a price of US$ 90 each, around R$ 520 at the current exchange rate.

However, one of the most striking features of the Tower 300 is the ability to position it both vertically and horizontally. To do this, you need to purchase a dedicated stand sold separately. Thermaltake offers an optional upgrade kit for a 3.5-inch LCD display on the bottom, with a resolution of 128×480 pixels.

It is known for its distinctive octagonal column-shaped design. In addition, it is compatible with M-ATX motherboards. With dimensions of 551×342×281 mm, the model stands out for the use of 3 mm tempered glass on the front and sides. In addition, it has mesh panels on the left and right sides, allowing greater air circulation.

New Colors Give More Options for Thermaltake Tower 300

Prior to these additions, the Tower 300 was available in eight colors: Black, White, Hydrangea Blue, Matcha Green, Racing Green, Turquoise Green, Honeycomb Yellow, and Bubble Pink. The new Peach Pink and Matcha Plum colors are additions that provide more customization options for users.

On the technical side, the case has an efficient cooling solution that uses the chimney effect to improve vertical air convection. This facilitates heat dissipation.

It comes pre-installed with two CT140 PWM fans on top, which use HDB hydraulic bearings and operate at a speed range of 500 to 1500 RPM. As such, these fans can move a maximum air volume of 77.37 CFM and have a maximum static pressure of 2.3 mmH2O, with a maximum noise level of 30.5 dB(A).

Finally, the I/O panel, located on the forward-facing angled surface at the top, includes a 10Gbps USB Type-C port, two USB 3.0 Type-A ports, a pair of separate audio jacks, plus the reset and power buttons.
