Thermaltake Launches Ceres 350 MX Cases with Hidden Connector Support

Thermaltake has unveiled its new line of Ceres 350 MX cases this week, compatible with motherboards with hidden connectors. In mid-tower format, the cases also stand out for their wide variety of color options.

The manufacturer mainly emphasizes compatibility with new motherboards that have their connectors facing backwards in order to better hide their cables. The cases can also be used with traditional format mobos, but were designed for models from the following lines:

As mentioned, another differentiator for the Ceres 350 MX cases is their wide variety of color options. In addition to the traditional black and white, available in several other lines, the new Thermaltake cases also come in blue, hot pink, yellow, matcha green, and dark green.

Most images show the new cases with a small, circular 2.1-inch LCD screen on the side panel. However, the display is an optional upgrade kit—meaning it costs extra to include.

The Ceres 350 MX also features a tempered glass panel on the side and two panel options for the front: glass or metal in a “sieve” style to allow air to pass through.

Ceres 350 MX comes with RGB fans

Thermaltake’s new cases come with customizable RGB lighting fans already installed. There are two in the front and one in the back, all 140mm. Alternatively, the case can accommodate a radiator of up to 360mm in the front and a 280mm radiator in the top.

Moving on to supported components, the Ceres 350 MX can accommodate a graphics card up to 370mm long. The cooler can be up to 185mm tall and the power supply can reach a maximum length of 220mm.

Finally, Thermaltake’s new cases measure 475 x 245 x 463mm. Straight out of the box, with just the fans installed, they weigh 8.85kg. Unfortunately, the manufacturer has not yet released the price for its products.
