Corsair has launched its new 3500X series Mid-Tower cases today, the 9th. The cases will be sold in black or white in different configurations with extra accessories that can come pre-installed.
The 3500X series of cases are compatible with a wide range of form factors, from Mini-ITX to extended ATX boards. They can also be used with recent reverse connector solutions found on motherboards such as the ASUS BTF and MSI Project Zero.
For cooling, the new Corsair cases support fans on the sides, top and bottom. They are also compatible with radiators up to 360mm, either on the side or top, which allows the installation of advanced solutions such as the Hydro X Series line.
In addition to the wide compatibility with components, the manufacturer also highlights the appearance of its new 3500X cases. The main highlight is the tempered glass panels on the front and sides, which give the impression of enveloping the case.
The new series of Corsair cases will arrive in the third quarter of this year, and prices have not yet been revealed. They will be sold without anything, or in two variants with extra components. Thus, the 3500X ARGB comes with three pre-installed RS120 fans, and the iCUE LINK 3500X RGB, as the name suggests, includes the accessory that helps with cabling and controlling colored lights.

Corsair 3500X Cases Include New RS Fans
As mentioned, the manufacturer will offer the option to purchase a 3500X case with pre-installed fans. In this case, it comes with fans from the recently announced RS series.
The RS fans are ARGB-compatible and can be daisy-chained using a single 4-pin PWM connector. Accompanying the new series of cases, they have also been announced in black and white colorways.
The RS series of fans will come in 120mm and 140mm options. They promise minimal noise with Corsair’s proprietary Magnetic Dome bearings, and Zero RPM mode, which turns the fans off when they’re not needed.
Unlike the 3500X line of cases, cooling accessories are already available on Corsair’s official US website.
