Dell decided to simplify consumers’ lives and reorganize their home for 2026. At a preview event, the company revealed that the product lineup has been completely reformulatedditching the clutter of names like “Dell Plus” or “Dell Max” to focus on clarity and efficiency.
The big star of this return is, without a doubt, the XPS line, which returns to the brand’s premium ultra-thin notebook position, bringing the most modern in design and hardware.
After listening to user feedback, Dell brought back the XPS brand with significant changes to design and usability. Available in versions of 14 and 16 inchesthe new models are the thinnest and lightest ever manufactured by the company.
What changed in the design:
- Weight and thickness: the 14″ model weighs just 1.3 kg, while the 16″ weighs 1.6 kg.
- Camera and Edges: a new top camera allowed for even thinner edges, reducing the overall size of the device.
- Function keys: a Dell went back on capacitive controls and reinserted the functional physical keys at the top of the keyboard.
- Touchpad: Now there is a slight visual delimitation so that the user knows exactly where the touch area begins and ends.
High-end Specifications
Equipped with new processors Intel Core Ultra from Panther Lake architecturenotebooks focus on energy efficiency. Screens now have technology OLED with variable refresh rate (1Hz to 120Hz)ideal for saving battery without losing fluidity.
Additionally, Dell promised a More affordable XPS 13seeking to reach a new price level in the premium segment.
Alienware: extreme performance and new cost-benefit options
Dell’s gaming line also brings surprises. While two new ultra-thin and portable models don’t yet have official names, the company has confirmed that it is working on one Alienware inputwhich should be even cheaper than the current Aurora line.
Updates to classics (Area 51m and 16X)
Already known models, such as the Alienware Area 51m and the 16Xwill receive important updates for the Brazilian market:
- 240Hz OLED Fabrics: with a special anti-reflective finish that reduces reflections by up to 40%.
- AMD Ryzen Processors: The Area 51m will now have versions equipped with chips AMD Ryzen X3D (3D V-Cache)aiming to deliver maximum performance for games.
UltraSharp Monitors: 6K Productivity and OLED Precision
For professionals who need desktop space and color accuracy, Dell has introduced two new giants:
- UltraSharp 52″ 6K: a huge monitor with an IPS panel, focused on replacing multiple monitor setups, keeping the desk clean with just one stand and few cables.
- UltraSharp 32″ 4K QD-OLED: calibrated for high color accuracy and support HDR True Black 500making it the ideal tool for video editors and image professionals.
What to expect in Brazil?
The good news is that most of these launches, including new versions of OLED screens and the “cheap” Alienware, are expected to arrive on the Brazilian market. Dell seems focused on expanding its portfolio to serve users who seek luxury and portability with the XPS, to gamers who need a more competitive price.
