NBD platform shipping manifests are famous for offering insider information on hardware products not yet available. This time we have something about Medusa Point, the next generation of AMD APUs based on Zen 6 for notebooks.
A processor listed as “Medusa 1” appeared in manifest detailing a “4C4D” configuration. Taking into account previous leaks, we can interpret that this is a confirmation of information that HXL already brought last year.

According to the famous “leaker”, the Medusa Point line will offer 4 classic cores + 4 dense cores, all based on Zen 6, for the Ryzen 5 and Ryzen 7 processors. He also talks about two more low-power cores, which do not appear in the shipping manifest.

The manifesto, however, reveals the possible TDP for this Medusa Point: just 28W. Therefore, we can expect a higher TDP for the Ryzen 9, which according to HXL, will feature a CCD of 12 cores, in addition to the 4C+4D configuration that appears on the Ryzen 5 and 7.
Leaks about Medusa Point have become frequent, which is usually indicative of the launch’s proximity. If the new generation Zen 6 arrives on notebooks this year, it will refute previous leaks that project its launch only for next year.

Something we have already confirmed is that AMD will maintain the RDNA 3.5 architecture for APUs. This first line of processors for notebooks should not stand out much in integrated graphics, as it should only feature 8 RDNA 3.5 CUs in all options at its debut.
Unfortunately, the current transport manifest does not provide details in this regard, so it is worth keeping an eye on it and seeing if more unofficial information is confirmed in the future.
