Q How long does it take to get a ZaReason system?A Typically it takes three to four days between the time you place your order and the time the order is shipped. The quickest build-to-ship time was 12 hours. Let us know if you have an urgent need.
Q What is ZaReason's return policy?
We have a generous 30-day money back return policy so you can return a system for any reason. You get a full refund minus a 15% restocking fee. For more information, see Returns.
Q. How do you keep your prices so low?
A. We are based in the bay area in California, surrounded by Tier 1 hardware suppliers. It allows us access to the best component prices and reduces the economies of scale. We are often able to meet and sometimes beat the prices offered by the big companies.
