Speed of Delivery

We ship internationally. You choose the speed of delivery.

All computers are custom-built to your specifications and ship 3 to 4 days after you place your order.

Once an order has shipped, you will be notified via email of tracking information.

Typically, the days at Za go like this (PST):

     9:00 am Our awesome UPS guy, Tony picks up the early shipments

     Build, build, build.

     3:30 pm Our awesome UPS guy stops by again and catches the day's load plus any rush shipments, particularly the Next Day boxes that need to be rushed to the airport.

     4:30 pm Tony is so nice that he'll come a third time if we ask.

It takes UPS several hours to do their verifications, so even if you get your tracking information at 3:30 pm and your box is actually on Tony's truck, please do not stress if your tracking is not updated yet. It is often 8:00-9:00 pm before UPS has tracking live. They are good, and can get a laptop to New York faster than one of us can get on a plane and fly there in person, but tracking needs a few hours to update.


Shipping Cost

We get questions like this one often: "How much is it to ship 100 badges to Slovania?"

It is easiest for us and for you if you go through the purchase process to the point where you can see for yourself the wide range of options.

No worries about having to put in personal credit card information. Exact shipping, handling, and insurance costs are calculated and visible to you before you enter your purchasing information.

For US shipments:
