It has been about 9 years since I have had a laptop that allowed me to use 100% of the functionality I purchased. I decided to give it a shot and see what their laptops were like, since the desktop I got from them was everything they promised. I was not disapointed, EVERYTHING worked and the only bit of proprietary anything I had to throw on the box was an MP4 decoder (which is the norm for me).
Also as far as customer service, I had an issue with my order because I picked the wrong drive speed. With one call, I was able to get the proper drive added with NO problems and even with the change order for the build it still arrived on my doorstep a day BEFORE I expected it.

Both interactions I have had with this company (for a desktop and laptop) where better then I expected. Now I am just waiting for my server to die. :D

I have to say I was a bit nervous ordering, because it's my first dealing with this company, I have to say however, that I am very satisfied with my purchase. The computer is all that it's advertised as and I have not had any issues with getting things to work.

Now for the things that disappoint me. This laptop comes with a full keyboard with a full number pad, however, there is NO indicator anywhere that lets you know that the Num Lk is on. It also seems to change itself magically at times. I'd also like to see a bit more separation of the number pad from the main keyboard. Last real complaint is that it's too easy to just "Bump" the touch pad and move your cursor (when typing) to a new spot. It seems that all laptops now-a-days have a FLUSH touch pad. I'd prefer it be "Sunken" a bit. Still all in all, I am very pleased.
