Q. My non-profit does great work. Can we get a price break?
A. Yes. The deepest discount we offer anyone, from the kindest non-profit to the mass bulk orders is 5%. This adds up quickly and since our computers are already priced to be so deeply competitive on the market, this brings the price well into "helpful" range. Please email us at orders@zareason.com with information regarding your non-profit so we can get you set up with computers that will last you a long time.
Q. I want to make a bulk purchase. What is the cut-off?
A. A bulk purchase is considered five or more of the same item in one purchase. Please email bulkorders@zareason.com for more information. In our early days we established plenty of strong bulk purchasers that we still enjoy working with today.
Q. I am with a gov't agency / military. Do you do business with gov't? Can you ship to APOs?
A. Yes and yes. We greatly enjoy shipping to the military because they test the machines harder than anyone else will. Thank you from for your service in so many ways. For government, we already supply several niches in various government agencies and would love to supply more. We are a woman-owned company if that helps you meet a quota. Q. How do I place a purchase order?
A. Everyone does their PO process differently and we can work with you through any process. Ideally, you will order through the website and select Purchase Order as your payment option. If you need to fax it in, please fax to 510-868-1053. We offer Net30 to established customers.
