New Purchase Orders:
For government, large universities, educational institutions, first we need to establish you as a Purchase Order customer. Please email po@zareason.com It is quick, streamlined process.
For other purchase order customers: Qualifications are $10k in orders to month to establish a PO account for non-government, non-education institutions.
Net 30:
Net 30 can be established for customers who meet certain qualifications including a minimum of $10k/mo in orders.
Education Discount:
You can get a discount if you are a student or a teacher. Just email us at orders@zareason.com with your affiliation information that will help us verify. Good luck with your studies / your students!
Non-Profit:
For NPs, we offer the deepest discount we offer anyone, 5%. This adds up quickly and since our computers are already priced to be so deeply competitive on the market. Please email us at orders@zareason.com with information regarding your non-profit so we can get you set up with computers that will last you a long time.
Bulk purchase:
The definition of "bulk purchase" is considered five or more of the same item in one purchase. We set the quantity low so that smaller shops in various locations can get stocked easily. Please email orders@zareason.com for more information.
Government
A. Yes and yes. We greatly enjoy shipping to the military because they test the machines harder than anyone else will. Thank you from for your service in so many ways. For government, we already supply several niches in various government agencies and would love to supply more. We are a woman-owned company if that helps you meet a quota. Q. How do I place a purchase order?
A. Everyone does their PO process differently and we can work with you through any process. Ideally, you will order through the website and select Purchase Order as your payment option. If you need to fax it in, please fax to 510-868-1053. We offer Net30 to established customers.
